Mollie Jones Boyle

Founder & Lead Instructor

Mollie Jones Boyle has been a Certified Pilates Instructor and Health Coach since 2014. Raised in Memphis, TN, she attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and received a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration. After years in the NYC commercial real estate industry, she craved a greater mind-body balance and decided to follow her passion for nutrition and fitness. She first became a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and later earned her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification from The Fitness Guru of NYC. She has most recently completed training to be a sound healer, using Crystal Tones singing bowls and other instruments to heal the body and the mind from within.

Over the past decade, Mollie has taught in studios across Norwalk, Darien, Fairfield, Greenwich, Westport, Nantucket, and Dallas, TX, working with a diverse range of clients. In 2017, she played a pivotal role in launching Club Pilates Darien, where she served as Lead Instructor for five years.

From the moment she began teaching, Mollie dreamed of opening her own studio—one that would blend Pilates with other wellness modalities. Now, that vision has become a reality. With a strong client base, extensive industry knowledge, and years of hands-on experience, Mollie has created a one-of-a-kind Pilates experience in the area.

Known for her challenging, flowing classes, Mollie inspires and motivates clients to push beyond their limits. Her sessions seamlessly combine rebalancing, strengthening, and toning Pilates techniques, all set to a soothing playlist. She firmly believes that Pilates is the foundation of a strong, resilient body and a calm mind, whether you’re an athlete, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to feel your best.

Wendy Ward

Senior Instructor

Wendy Richardson Ward is a seasoned Certified Pilates Instructor with over 20 years experience conducting both private and group training, focused primarily on Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat. She began her extensive career in Manhattan, moved to New Jersey, remarried and relocated to Connecticut in 2018. Wendy’s success as an instructor is due to her significant creativity, the measurable benefits she provides clients, and the transformation which occurs in many instances when clients work with her. It’s incredibly rewarding to Wendy to receive feedback such as “you’ve changed my life”.

Rose Verde

Instructor

Rose has 900 hours of Comprehensive Classical Training, she teaches all Apparatus and Levels. She specializes in working with Athletes, clients with injuries and physical ailments like scoliosis, spondylosis, herniated/ bulging disc etc.

Rose was drawn to the Pilates method for its healing effects it had on her own body due to her scoliosis. She is known for her detailed and precise private sessions and group classes. She incorporates the original method of “Contrology” within her teaching. Along with breath and mind-body connection. Her goal, like the method, is to help return the body to its natural state of being. Her classes range from Classical to contemporary teachings.
